Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Domestic Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days across Pakistan.

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and weight of the parcel.

Customer Shipping Policy

  • Address Accuracy: Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including valid contact numbers. Qadriarts is not responsible for non-delivery or shipment delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Package Inspection: Customers are advised to inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If the packaging appears severely damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact our customer support team immediately.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and courier link will be shared via email or SMS to help you monitor your shipment in real time.

International Shipping & Customs

Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees unless stated at checkout. If a shipment is held, rejected, or returned due to customs, or not accepted by the customer, it will not be eligible for any refund.
